The Nurses (also known as "The Doctors and the Nurses") was a CBS network medical drama series which aired from September 27, 1962 to May 11, 1965, lasting for three seasons & 98 episodes.
For the second season, the show's title was expanded to "The Doctors and the Nurses" when it was transformed into a half-hour daytime soap opera which continued on the ABC network from 1965 to 1967.

The series revolved around two nurses working in a large hospital where they were joined by doctors who tried to help the nurses resolve moral and ethical problems.
